Sorry for not explaining why I think there should be capital punishment.

Well, I think there should be capital punishment for something like if one person takes the life of another person, or if that person kills more than one other person.  If a person thinks they can just go out and kill someone, then they should have their life taken for thinking they can just go out and take an innocent life.

If they're handicapped, then I don't think it's really their fault.  They don't know what they're doing.  And if it's defense, then they shouldn't get in trouble either.  If you need to save your life by killing someone else, then you should do it.  I know that I would rather live and kill the other person than have that person try to kill me.
